Cancer Facts and Figures 2024 – Each year the American Cancer Society (ACS) publishes a very valuable report that provides current statistics on occurrence, death rate, and survival for various cancers. It also estimates the number of new cases for the coming year, as well as information on cancer symptoms, risk factors, early detection, and treatment. On March 23, Dr. Marianne Ritchie chatted with Rebecca Siegel, Scientific Director of Surveillance Research at ACS and lead author of this impressive report.
